Privacy Policy

Last updated October 17, 2026. In short: PartyVroom has no accounts, no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies.

What stays on your device

Your racer name, character, settings, best lap times and win count are saved in your browser's local storage (or the app's storage on iOS and Android). They never leave your device unless you race online, as described below. Clearing your browser data or uninstalling the app deletes them.

What is sent when you race online

When you open Party Online, the game connects to our server and sends your racer name, your character and your race data (kart position, items and finish time) so the other players in your room can see you. The server also gives your device a random session code so you can rejoin after a dropped connection. This information is kept in memory only while your room is active and is not stored afterwards. Other players in your room can see your racer name, so don't use your real name if you'd rather not share it.

Hosting

PartyVroom is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any website, Cloudflare processes your IP address to deliver the game and protect it from abuse, and may keep standard request logs for a short time. We don't use these logs to identify or track you.

Device features in the apps

If you turn on tilt steering, the app reads your device's motion sensor to steer. Vibration is used for haptic feedback, and the share sheet is used when you invite friends. Motion data stays on your device and is never sent anywhere.

Children

PartyVroom is suitable for all ages and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. There are no accounts, chat or friend lists. The only free text other players see is a racer name, limited to 14 characters.
